A model of monthly salary	「A model of monthly salary #1」 A university graduate　38 years old Disqualification Inexperience Two dependents (a high school student and a elementary school student) Basic saraly : 188,880 YEN A night-work allowance for 4 times: 24,000 YEN Shogu-kaizen-teate : 20,000 YEN Allowance for dependent : 17,000 YEN Total : 213,600 YEN 「A model of monthyl salary #2」 High school graduate 28 years old Shonin-sya-kenshu Helper ２grade 10 years experienced Basic saraly : 166,000 YEN Aualification allowance : 3,000 YEN A night-work allowance for 4 times : 24,000 YEN Shogu-kaizen-teate : 20,000 YEN Total : 213,600 YEN 「A model of monthyl salary #3」 A university graduate 45 years old Certified Care Worker 20 years experienced A chief of care assistant Three dependents(Wife, A high school student, A junior high school student) Basic saraly : 242,000 YEN Care Worker allowance : 5,000 YEN Chief allowance : 10,000 YEN A night-work allowance for 4 times : 24,000 YEN *Shogu-kaizen-teate : 27,000 YEN Allowance for dependent : 33,000 YEN Total : 341,000 YEN
Benefits	A bonus ( the extent of a 4.2 months' salary for a year ) A pay raise once a year.
